  • Introduction fee is charged 8.5% of the annual rent

  • Let Only Service- charged 6% of the annual rent

  • Letting and Rent Collection Service- 12%

  • Fully Managed Letting Service- 15% (£250 float held on account)
  • (3 visits a year)

Other Fees

  • Overseeing works outside tenancy 5% of the total bill
  • Additional work requested outside of selected service £50 per hour
  • Letter Chasing Rent £50
  • Landlord withdraws after offer accepted- £350 or 2 weeks of the annual rent whichever is greater
  • Key Cutting- £10 plus the cost per key
  • Court Attendance- £150 per hour

Cancellation fees

  • Full Management 3 month’s notice plus the balance of the annual management fee
  • Rent and Collect 1 month’s notice plus the balance of the annual management fee
